It is important to practice the skills that you have acquired through the years inspite of your busy schedule.  This will allow for you to be less stressed in the long run.  Majority will always find a reason to put off but if you try to do it a little at a time you will find that the first effort will be the hardest.  Even as you enjoy the skills that you have for years, you will find it fulfilling to give it time at least twice  week.

Slowing down.  The usual thing the finger points to is old age.  The thing is, as talent is used rarely, it gets harder for a person to do, unlike if you use your talent on a regular basis. Then that would be easily effortless.  To detoriorate is the natural tendency, when talent is not used.

When you practice your talent or whatever new skill you would like to acquire, gowth hormones are secreted by neurons that stimulates your brain to do what you want to do.

Use Your Talent, or Lose It

You choose to neglect your talent when you don’t use it.  Special skills and talents are developed through the years and just like an iron that is left to rust, talents do as easily.  It will be a greater challenge to restore them when you want to.  Our talents will naturally detoriorate when we don’t use them.

This is whyit is important to use whatever skill you have while you still can or risk losing it all together.

healthDo you think you are giving enough time to enjoy life?  This is any important question to answer if you seriously would like to evaluate your health.  A lot of corporate people, although they can be considered bountiful financially, suffer from what you may call, “time poverty.”  Too busy to enjoy life, too busy to even feel alive.

If we live on a rigid schedule and literally live by the clock, we subject ourselves to stress. More than time management, what you ought to consider looking into is time awareness.  Focus on one thing at a time. This will make you more efficient and stress free. As modern and cool “multi tasking” sounds like, it will eventually get back at you sooner or later. Either the lines will show in your face or will inevitably stress your health down.
