<p style="text-align: justify;">First is avoid drinking alcohol anytime during your flight. Alcohol will give your body more stress than it will actually have to go through.  It can aggravate fatigue and lethargy. Caffeine should also be avoided.  Everybody knows that caffeine can cause a person to be restless if taken in large doses.  It also acts as a diuretic, which will not be wise.  You cannot afford to be dehydrated during jet lag.  Drink as much water as you can.  Your body should be well hydrated to lessen the risk of fatigue.</p>
