A busy work schedule can easily eat you up and get you out of sorts at the end of the day. Count to ten, feeling each breath through your nose and out through your mouth. Choosing to leave your workstation and an outside walk would be very beneficial. It is not just an unhealthy habit, but you are actually subjecting your lungs to unnecessary stress, which is totally against your very intentions.
