With the wider availability of complementary and alternative medicines nowadays, as patients, we sometimes feel it awkward or sometimes inappropriate to tell our health care providers of the “medications” we have been taking whenever we consult with them.

The problem with this is more than two-fold.  First, you will not know if the alternative medicines and the usual medicines that your doctor will prescribe will contradict each other. My Neighbor In The Trash

While jogging one Saturday morning, I saw a vacant lot full of garbage. Aside from the fact that it smelled really awful, what concerned me was a man, maybe in his mid thirties, sleeping beside the old rustic furniture.
