Different dieting methods

An ordinary employee has a hard time getting his normal and ideal weight back. He has tried different methods and different pills but unluckily didn’t do him any better. He even attempted to sweat his socks off going to the gym but never lasted; giving reason that he was not built for exercise. He gets advises about taking certain stuff from taking up dietary supplements to drinking weight loss teas. An encouragement not to take in-between snacks worked for quite some time but the stress and pressure of his job pushed him to get back to the old lifestyle. What do you do when the workplace get’s so boring on certain times? Instead of slacking on your desk just staring at your computer, you went out and decided to take a break. Then you do this again the next day and on times when you just crave for any food you want to eat; indulging in chocolates, junk foods, pastries and sodas.
