Let us look closely at some of them and maybe, just maybe we could more and more shift from all meat diet to going organic vegetables.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Starting with the squash. Aside from what has been shared about Moringa leaves in the previous post.  There are also other vegetables we should look into and make sure we add them to our diets.  Squash for instance is a very good source of vitamins A and C, calcium and iron. It has ver low calories.  Ideal component in the diet plan.  Phytochemicals is also present in squash.  If at all possible don&#8217;t peel off the skin and rind of squash when eating them.  It is also rich in beta-carotene.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span id="more-144"></span>Coumarins and flavonoids are two of the phytochemicals present in squash. It is always best to go organic, vegetables that are available in the regular market are not just rich in nutrients but pesticides as well.  Choose your vegetable supplier for optimum health of you and your family.</p>
