Time Shifting Instead of Time Management

Did you know that it was not until the 13th century that an hourglass was widely used? And it was not until the 16th that the clock that we currently used was invented. Back during those days, life was easy and people lived longer. Without the clocks that control people, our forefathers were more free to enjoy life as they come. Which is, sad to say, we seldom are able to do now with all the pressured coming from all sides of our lives.
This draws to the point that we can actually do time shifting in lieu of running after time. This way the experience of time is under your control and not the other way around. Truth be told, people have become slaves to time and we could reclaim our kingship to time, if we are going to consider timeshifting instead.
Timeshifting as taught be Stephen Rechtschaffen MD is better than time management. Time shifting encourages putting your focus on priorities instead of making sure every single task is done for a certain period of time. The latter will not just give you an inferior outcome but a stressful life.
