When typhoon Pedring and Quiel hit the Philippines, most of the areas in the north part of the country were left flooded. News says that until now parts in Pampanga and Bulacan are under state of calamity. Locals are concerned that these waters will bring in numbers of diseases such as dengue and leptospirosis.

Presently, the citizens work hand in hand in helping their fellow people. Both the national and local government units, side by side with some of the private sectors pour in foods, toiletries, and first aid medicines. This too became an opportunity for others to help by doing Nursing Aide Jobs, driving boat for others to pass to the other side, and packing of relief goods.
