Even if it means climbing up several miles up a mountain. The moment they reach the peak, they get a special kind of high and celebrate the feat.
If you would ever try this out for yourself, make sure you are geared up with your camping essentials. From the water bottle, to the tent, some even bring rifle scopes with them, just so the can see things from afar. To each his own, as they say. Your preference is not what matters. But you do stress relieving exercises, for your health’s benefit.
