Eating healthy is a choice that will be easier to make if you have the right motivation to do so. More often than not motivation is shallow which results to failing at this particular goal.

The first thing you have to eliminate in your eating lifestyle is the use of vegetable oil in cooking your everyday foods. Vegetable oils, especially of sunflower oil can easily cause pimples and even increase of the production of inflammatory hormones.

The second thing to do is cut down on those high in bad cholesterol foods and even the high in sugar content. Foods under this category will make your face breakout, to say the least. The worse that will come out of consuming these foods are heart diseases, diabetes, hypertension, et.al.
