It all starts with discipline

Living a healthy lifestyle is something that a person has to put his foot on once and for all. Kicking a bad habit can be one of the steps towards healthy living, if there is a need for it. Otherwise, it is more of a discipline when it comes to eating the right kinds of food and sticking to a regular workout. Say running the treadmill, for example. A regimen should be done on a regular basis for it to be effective.
