Give yourself no more excuse to put off being healthier.  Here are easy to follow steps to a healthier you.  This will not take so much of your time per day.

1. Get hold of a scent that will boost your spirit.  Lemon and peppermint are two of the most energizing scents.  chew a peppermint gum when you can or drink a lemon tea.  Light lemon or peppermint candles.

2. Ice water will energize you.  It helps you raise your metabolism to keep your body temperature from falling.

3. One breath meditation. There is no special kind of meditation that needs to be learned.  It’s easy. Sit in a chair and straighten your back. Allow your shoulders and body to relax and take a deep breath.  Breathe deeply and feel the air fill every single cell of your body.  Hold your breath for a bit and slowly release all the tension away.

4. Tone down the noise at home and work, whenever you can. Loud noises cause our mind and body tension.

5. Face the sunlight.  Try to move your work desk towards the light. It will energize you throughout the day.  If this will be too much for you. Take a five minute walk outside.

6. Do crosswords or sodoku.
