The more you obsess over your weight issues, the more you are going to get frustrated over not shedding enough pounds. The key is to be prepared, not just physically. But also mentally and emotionally. If you have been overweight half your life, it is not automatic to get down to the ideal weight. It takes work. A lot of it sometimes.

But if you stress over it, you might just end up having an eating disorder that will worsen your weight problems. Whoever does not want to get into the fastest way to burn fat, right? But the key is to do things and prepare yourself for a long term result.
