One of the top triggers of migraine is a schedule that is not predictable.  This especially applies when it comes to meal and sleep times.  If you seriously would like to keep migraines at bay, make sure that you eat at particular hours during your meals and sleep at a certain time at night.  Do not sleep in during weekends, if you can at all help it.
