One of the many things people take for granted is sitting down at the end of the day and just relax. Just going straight to bed as you retire at night is just not enough. In fact, more people who are in the habit of doing this find themselves still tired when they wake up in the morning.
Sitting down and just consciously wrapping up the day in the comforts of your home. Be it on your favorite spot on the patio, log furniture or the couch in the corner of your living room. Five to ten minutes should do it. Contemplate on things to be grateful for and maybe share this to family you have around will make a whole lot of difference.
