Your eyes are the windows to your soul. Whether it is almond-shaped, slanted, wide, it definitely needs a little attention. For most people, they abuse these two by reading with a poor light or in a moving vehicle. Some, they do not even blink in front of their computers. Others however were born with vision defects such as myopia (nearsightedness), hypermetropia (farsightedness), and astigmatism.

You are responsible for your own vision. Take a break from your Transformer Tab and listen to this: Make it a point to at rest your eyes at least 1 minute from your computers. Eat carrots and sweet potatoes to prevent the risk of macular degeneration and cataracts. Do not get too close to the TV, avoid reading on poor lighting, etc. These are all common tips. But then again, if you don’t take it seriously, your eyes will take its toll eventually.
