It is true that the more stress a person is, the more he is susceptible to getting acne. There is a direct correlation between acne and stress. When your body is under stress, the hormones related to stress increases as well. This creates a lot of changes in the body, like weight gain, bloating, blood pressure increasing and acne.
More often than not acne treatment should be undergone to keep this stress related problem to go away. Even then, if the acne at all goes away, if stress will not be kept at bay, it will come right back.
Always make sure to recharge and refresh yourself. Too much stress will not just cause you to have acne but other diseases as well.
