One of the things that is encouraged in time shifting is to find your own rhythm. Rhythms vary from person to person. Some people can make do of certain number of tasks in a given time, while others take a while. The key is never to push yourself beyond your limit. Be sensitive to your body’s tolerance. The more you push yourself to do something, the more stress you get yourself into.
A time to relax should be a regular thing. Spa time can be something that you could choose to do to get a feel of yourself back. Very often when we are too stressed, we become detached even to our own body’s rhythm. When was the last time you took the time out to pamper yourself and relax?
