How many times have you tried working out on a regular basis but end up failing yourself when you drop the regimen a week or so after? My longest was three months, then I stopped altogether, until I found this exercise that just might be it. First, it will not take you so long to finish it and the perfect thing about this, you actually will feel the workout doing its job on your body. It can be intense. Even though it was a short four minute workout, I have to admit I had to get my body adjusted to it the first few days I tried. Who knows it might just beat even the best fat burners in town.
