Rainy days are here again. While we sure welcome the end of the “drought” that was, we are hoping that nothing like the flooding that happened to the major part of Luzon here in the Philippines last September 2009. It claimed hundreds of people.
Umbrellas should always been tucked in our bags for emergency purposes. The incidence of scattered rainshowers getting more frequent by the day is causing a lot of people being under the weather lately. We should not hesitate to wear rain boots if we have to. Always be ready to remain healthy.
