We live in an ever changing world. The best thing today may not be the best thing tomorrow. A simple cyst today may become cancerous; a nagging cough might develop into tuberculosis.

In life where nothing is constant, minding our health is a must. We must learn to develop healthier habits to prevent future diseases. Brisk walking for an hour, yoga, deep breathing exercises, water therapy, and enough sleep are just some of the many means to take care of our health. Smiling and laughing are also helpful to live healthier, so today I laughed so hard to a joke a sales agent, who offered anĀ adjustable bases for my bed, told. Laughter is the best medicine, right?
