Do you watch the scales?

Now that the holidays are over, people are now into going back to diet, workout and whatnot to get all those unwanted poundages acquired through the season. While eating in moderation is always the best, we cannot really altogether drop the fact that indulging can be very tempting during the holidays.

Watching the scales may be a good thing to do when you are on a diet. It will allow for you to gauge how well you are doing and actually encourage you to keep on.
