Vegetables and fruits that have been harvested are loaded gently in large trucks to be transferred in different local markets. To prevent from getting rotten, the goods are then stocked in a storage area where it is kept safe and away from the high temperature. Other related consumables like confectioners, wines, and certain grocery items are kept in a Steel storage building. It must have a good insulation to control the humidity levels of the room and so prevent spoilage of the items.
The goods are always checked by experts before it is brought into the market. They want to make sure that the consumer’s health will not be at risk in buying food for their family.
