Throw away worries we have had in 2009 as we welcome 2010 with sweet anticipation of a better year! While there are still things we all might have to get down into after our vacation mode is over, it is not bad to just sit down for a while as we relish the sweet year that passed.

Regardless of the nature of the concerns that you might have as you cross over the new year, the better way to handle it is just to make a list according to priority so you will not have to “fuss” over the things you still have to do. It might just be as trivial as taking care of broken glass tiles in your house, but even such small task can be stressful. Making a list with the tasks you need to take care of will actually take the stress off by knowing that you have these things in your list to do as soon as you have the time.
