How do you de-stress?

One thing that most people have taken for granted to do nowadays is the importance of de-stressing. How exactly do you de-stress during the day? Our bodies are in need of constant recharging and relaxation for us to be able to function properly.  It does not necessarily mean you will have to hit the spa every day. It may be as simple as listening to soothing sounds via headphones or even just staying in a corner of your house to read a book.
