One of the things that are permanent in our daily grind is pressure. Regardless of what career you are in, or even if you are a mere student – pressure and stress is inevitable. This is why exercise can help force you to break away from your work routine and just listen to your body. People will do everything to lessen the stress they experience on a daily basis. Some even go to the extreme and get rid of doorbells just to make sure that they are at peace when they are home.
