Computer usage is a regular thing in most households. Whether you are a serious blogger working from home or work in a traditional office setup, chances are you have to use the computer more often than not.
It is very important that people watch their postures in front of their desktop computers. This will not just keep the wrist stress a.k.a. Carpal Tunnel Sydrome at bay, but will also allow you to get used to the correct posture, which you will benefit from at the end of the day. Because otherwise, you are going to have to suffer the aches and pains in your body brought about by bad posture.
This is something we should seriously look into, especially if your bread and butter requires you to stay in front of the computer for hours a day.
