Tired and freaked out on your job? Maybe your boss puts so much pressure on your shoulders that your patience is getting thinner by a minute. Plug in your in ear headphones and listen to a soothing music. It will definitely change your mood, relax your mind, lowers your blood pressure, and alleviates the stress you are feeling. Choose the song you feel comfortable listening to. Music is a true healer. Do this every day to help you cope up and manage stress from work.

Another way is to have a good laugh with your officemates. You can watch really funny videos or browse funny pictures hehehe
