Reconnecting with your emotions is one of the things necessary for you to be able to shift paradigms -from time management to timeshifting. Put everything aside and reconnect with your emotions. No mobile phones, no texting, no reading, no internet.This allows for you to know how you feel about things. When you deal with your emotions as they are, you respond better. If you do not, there are distractions along the way that either fuel or sugar coat how you feel about things. And not dealing with things that have to be dealt with can have their drawbacks in the long run.
