The incidence of psychological stress keeps climbing up and statistics can be really alarming if we compare the recent number from the previous years’. Stressors have bee linked with several physiological problems, like diabetes, ulcerative colitis, atherosclerosis, cholesterol problems and other diseases. But truth be told, there are still a handful of our population who we are relatively stress free inspite of demanding schedules career wise and in the family.
The key really is management. Not just time management, but intentionally laying out what your schedule is like. One family can even take the worrying out of the factors of stress when you consider getting home alarm systems if your neighborhood is not exactly the safest place in the block. It might even help if you stick to your schedule of relaxation if you plan to have the weekend off. If something came up, then do not consider the time off as a place where you could squeeze the newly popped invitation in. It helps to respect your time to relax and rest. This recharges your body inside out.
